Cutulator ("the App") is a professional planning, quoting and paperwork tool for concrete cutting contractors. It runs on iPhone, iPad, Android, and in a web browser at cutulator.app. This policy explains exactly what stays on your device, what leaves it, and when.
Everything you enter is stored locally, in your browser's or app's own storage, and nowhere else:
We do not receive this information. If you delete the App or clear your browser storage, it is gone — which is why the App includes a backup file you create and keep yourself.
The App has an optional feature that lets you send a client a link so they can sign a work docket on their own phone, without installing anything. If, and only if, you choose to use it:
If you never use the signing link, nothing about your dockets ever leaves your device.
If you buy Cutulator through the App Store or Google Play, that purchase is handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. We receive no payment details.
If you buy a licence on our website, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your email address and card details to process the payment; we never see or store your card details. Your purchase generates an unlock code automatically. We keep no customer database — the record of your purchase lives with Stripe, where you can also find your receipt.
There are none. Cutulator contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party marketing SDKs and no crash reporting that identifies you. Nobody is profiling you and nothing about your usage is sold or shared.
cutulator.com and cutulator.app are hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, their servers keep routine technical logs of requests (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or track individuals.
You can deny these and keep using everything else.
PDFs, spreadsheets and backup files that the App produces are yours. Where they go — email, a message, your accountant, your cloud drive — is entirely your choice, and once they leave the App they are governed by whatever service you send them through.
The App is intended for trade professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because we hold no account and no copy of your work, there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or delete. If you bought through our website and want your Stripe purchase record dealt with, or you have any privacy question at all, email the address below and you will be talking to the person who built the App.
Cutulator's calculations have been carefully developed and tested by experienced concrete cutting professionals. However, all results should be treated as a guide and verified on-site before use. Job conditions, material variations, and site-specific factors can affect outcomes.
The App developer accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on App results without independent verification. This includes but is not limited to:
