Cutulator does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All calculations are performed locally on your device.

OVERVIEW

Cutulator ("the App") is a professional calculator tool for concrete cutting contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information on your device.

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

Cutulator does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, address, phone number)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Device identifiers
• Any data entered into the calculators

No data is transmitted to any server. No account is required to use the App.

DEVICE PERMISSIONS

The App requests the following device permissions for specific features:

• Camera — used by the Cut Photo tool to photograph a surface and annotate cut lines. Photos are not saved or transmitted by the App.
• Motion sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope) — used by the Level & Angle tool to display a live bubble level and angle reading. Sensor data is not recorded or stored.

These permissions are only used when you actively use those features. You can deny these permissions and still use all other tools in the App.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Cutulator does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No SDKs or frameworks that collect data are included in the App.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Cutulator's calculations have been carefully developed and tested by experienced concrete cutting professionals. However, all results should be treated as a guide and verified on-site before use. Job conditions, material variations, and site-specific factors can affect outcomes.

The App developer accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on App results without independent verification. This includes but is not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in calculations
• Incorrect quotes, tenders, or job estimates prepared using the App
• Any property damage, personal injury, or other loss resulting from use of the App

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for use by trade professionals. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
